Terms of Welcome-bonus $500
1. General terms
1.1. The promotion is valid indefinitely.
1.2 The company-organizer is Grand Capital.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to change the conditions or refuse to grant a bonus at any time.
1.4 The Company reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time.
2. Participants
2.1 All clients of Grand Capital can participate in the promotion. That includes those, who open a Grand Capital account during the term of the promotion.
2.2 Only verified users can participate in the promotion. For verification, you should upload the scan of your passport to Private Office. You should also verify your mobile number. The organizer reserves the right to require additional documents for identification.
2.3 Types of accounts involved in the promotion: Welcome bonus $500 account with trading conditions similar Standard account.
2.4 Your account’s leverage can’t exceed 1:100.
2.5 The employees of the Company and their families can’t participate in the promotion.
2.6 The participant should read this terms carefully and follow these rules. Ignorance of the terms can't serve as a valid argument when submitting a claim.
2.7 Other promotions of the Company can't be applied to the account participating in this promotion.
2.8 Only a private individual can take part in the promotion.
2.9 Deposit, withdrawal and internal transfer are not available on the bonus account.
3. How to receive the bonus
3.1 To receive the bonus you should submit a request in the Private Office while the promotion is running (Click the "Get the bonus" button on the "Promotions and bonuses" page and follow the instructions)
4. Getting the bonus
4.1 Bonus is granted automatically, provided all the required conditions are met.
4.2 Bonus can only be claimed once in a lifetime. The bonus can't be granted twice.
4.3 Bonus funds are credited for 7 calendar days.
4.4 After the 7-day period is over, the bonus funds are deducted and all open positions are closed.
4.5 Once the bonus funds are deducted, only the profit received remains on the account and the bonus account automatically turns into a Live "Standard" or "Micro" account.
4.5.1 The account type depends on the amount of profit accumulated as a result of trading the bonus funds.
4.5.2 If the profit is $100 or more, the bonus account turns into a "Standard" account.
4.5.3 If the profit is less than $100, the bonus account turns into a "Micro" account.
4.6 The account’s leverage can’t exceed 1:100.
4.7 The Account can’t participate in the investment service, that’s to become manager or investor.
4.8 In order to activate the real account, a client should deposit the amount same or higher than the profit on the bonus account, but not less than $10 (minimum micro account deposit) during 7 (seven) calendar days.
4.9 In the absence of deposit all profits are deducted from the account.
4.10 Profit received from trading with the $500 bonus is available for withdrawal only after completing a certain amount of trading operations on the replenished real account: For every $5 of your profit made on bonus account to become your asset, you must trade 1 lot (100 lots on the account type Micro).
4.10.1 The calculations take into account the type of trading tools FOREX MAJORS, FOREX EXT 1, FOREX EXT 2
4.11 In order to claim the bonus funds, a client must submit a request. The subject of the request must be: "$ 500 - no deposit bonus" - the transfer of the ownership of a bonus ", account number and name. The application is submitted by e-mail or in the client's Private Office.
4.12 Partial withdrawal of the profit is impossible.
4.13 Getting bonus and/or trading bonus funds ON TWO OR MORE ACCOUNTS with same IP-address is prohibited.
4.14 Trading through an anonymous proxy server on the bonus account is prohibited. If more than 5 (five) connections from differed IP addresses belonging to different regions are detected, the bonus will be canceled. If any suspicion of fraudulent activity arises, and/or falsification of client's documents is detected, the client's account may be disqualified and the client may be denied service.
4.15 Multidirectional trading is prohibited in the bonus account. In a case of violation of this term, the Company can cancel bonus and part of the profit earned as a result of the trade on the basis of the proportional ratio of own funds to the client’s profit obtained in the bonus account.
4.16 Affiliate commission isn’t granted for clients trading the $500 bonus.
4.17 Bonus funds are the Company’s property.
4.18 Primarily the client's own funds are used in trading.
4.19 If a withdrawal / internal transfer of funds from the account is made prior to completing the full trading volume specified in p.4.10, the bonus profit is deducted from the account.
5. Claims
5.1 All claims can be sent to the email: info@grandcapital.net.
5.2 All claims should include the participant’s name and address, account number and a thorough description of the problem.
